Appartment 1 can be rentd from the 15th of November until end of June.

The appartnment has 2 small rooms, one big living room, a big bathroom, and a big kitschen. This appartment is fully furnished and equipped with all neccesary devices of the kitschen, and all the linen and bedshits, blankets, pillows and towels provided, as well.

The bathroom is big and has a bath tab, a bathroom sink, toilet and a washing mashine. Warm water is provided for free from the solarboiler.

The appartment has a big garden with flowers , a lemon tree and other vegetation like tree grapes, which make good shade areas where you can sit any time of the day.

The lemon tree offers lemons the whole year through, while  the grape tree can be harvested in the summer time.

The garden doesn t have an outdoor grill, but there is a lot of space for mobile one.

All heating system is electric. Almost all the heating bodies are screwed on the walls.

The car can be parked in the garden , right in front of the appartment. Otherwise there is always enouh place outside of the appartment on the street.

Pets are wholeheartingly wellcome! Of course you have to make sur that that they don t chew on the furniture or destroy the plants in the garden.

The dog in the photo belongs to us. He was found in a terrible condition years ago and when he got better never managed to find a family to be given, so he stayed with us. In case that you want to keep him during the winter time you will be given the appartment in a better price. Instead of 550, the price is 520. The food and veterinary costs, if needed are covered all by us. He is a lovely boy and a very goog guard and friendly with children as well.

Der Lagerraum im hinteren Bereich der Wohnung kann aktuell nicht genutzt werden.

The apartment can be rent from 2 -7 months, from middle November until end of June.

Extra costs are water and electricity.

The price of water in Greece is very low. Information about this is due tobe provided.
